The shipper delivers the goods to the carrier, and receipt issued to him to indicate acceptance of shipper’s instruction. Original copy waybill or air waybill is also to shipper as evidence of acceptance of goods and proof of contract. Ask your shipper to send a scan copy of the waybill to you.
