AIRFREIGHT NIGERIA: CLEARING COST ESTIMATE

Service Charges:
1. Customs Clearance Standard – Lagos air – Lump sum NGN180, 000 (Where
there is Form M/PAAR)
2. Transportation to Warri, inclusive of community charges –
NGN120, 000 (Though the dimension of each box is not mentioned)
3. Clearing period is 2-3 days after payment of customs duty and other governmental taxes.

Outlay charges:
1. Customs duty + taxes – as per the assessment notice and per outlay
2. NAHCO Charges – As per outlay (official receipt to be issued)
3. FAAN/CVs – as per outlay (official receipt to be issued)
4. SONCAP Port charges NGN5, 000
5. Airline charge – as per outlay (official receipt to be issued)

Please find attached documents for the pneumatic shipment coming from china.

We will forward the SONCAP and AWB docs as soon as we received, for your PAAR processing. Giving below the Air Booking details:-

ETD Beijing: 30/ 12/ 2017

ETD Addis Ababa: 01/01/2018

The shipment will be reaching on 1/1/2018.

We can’t accept any delay in this shipment.  So advise your agent in Lagos to make all necessary arrangements to clear the shipment on FAST Track basis.

We once again wish to reinstate the following terms and conditions:-

All the NAHCO/ FAN charges (Airport) will be paid by VAGMON on our behalf and this will be included in the final invoice.

The Customs duty payment will be made by us directly as soon as we receive the duty assessment invoice.

The Invoice will be paid after 45 days of Invoice submission.

TAXES: 5% WHT & 1% NCD would be deducted from the final payment. VAT-5% will be exclusive.

The vehicle used for transportation needs to be specified.
