SINGLE WINDOW FOR TRADE: REGISTER YOUR COMPANY OR AGENCY
In this section, we shall walk you through on how to register your company to navigate Nigeria single window for trade. Therefore, follow us as we move.
Steps to navigate Nigeria Single Window for Trade:
- First step, go to the NSW portal.

- Second, click register at the top right-hand corner. Select importer/exporter or license customs/freight forwarding agent, whichever is applicable.

- Third, enter your company tax identification number – TIN. The mobile number and email tied to your TIN are called directly from NRS website as soon as TIN is typed. Otherwise, type them directly into the provided space and click generate OTP.

- Fourth, you will receive an OTP simultaneously via email and text message on the number linked to TIN. Enter the OTP, and click validate OTP. Otherwise, click “Not Received OTP” after 30 minutes wait.

- Fifth step: the form opens up. Fill in the details on the party column below. In addition, applicant details, and attach the document of choice from the dropdown menu.




- Sixth step: review the summary page before clicking submit.

Seventh step: proceed to your email and follow the instruction to change the default password. You should have the below email by default:
