Pre-Arrival Assessment Report – PAAR is issuable by the Nigeria Customs – NCS. It is your duty as the Importer to request PAAR via your bank to the NCS. The PAAR document shows the duty (surface) payable to the Nigerian government. Additionally, the PAAR reflects the comprehensive inspection scheme – CISS.
