  2. Truck to port; loaded trucks can start moving to final shipping terminal, following inspection by PIA, even while awaiting NESS and CCI.
  3. Obtain shipping company local charges and terminal handling charges and pay
  4. Generate draft bill of lading, Single Goods Declaration with Customs and finalize with Customs.
  5. Shipping company loads goods to the sea. This can happen while final steps are ongoing.
